Standard Support is included with all OVHcloud solutions. This level is mainly for autonomous customers who use services for non-critical applications.
Resources, tools and a community
From the Standard support level upwards, you have access to a comprehensive support centre where you can browse guides, tutorials and FAQs.
To give you total independence and transparency, we offer a range of tools for managing your services.
Our community can also answer your questions in the OVHcloud Community space.
Technical support during working hours
Our Support team is here to help you during working hours, with the aim of providing a first response within 8 working hours. In the event of an incident or for administrative questions, you can reach us by ticket via the OVHcloud Control Panel (Support request tab), live chat or telephone.
The Standard service level is suitable for non-critical environments owned by independent customers. We recommend signing up to a Premium, Business or Enterprise solution to get a higher level of service.
OVHcloud Help Centre
We want to provide you with as much information as possible, so that you can use your services independently. You can find all of our documentation and FAQs in our Help Centre.
We regularly add and update the documentation in the Help Centre, to support you as much as possible. You can also evaluate each technical guide and FAQ. Your feedback is valuable to us, and helps us continuously improve our documentation.
